How to Reset Community Password

 

 

Some PowerSchool products use single sign-on to access the community.  If you are using one of these products, please review the guides listed below.

 

Step by Step Guide:

 

  1. Click Sign In on the top right-hand side of the page.
  2. Select Forgot Username or Password.   
  3. Enter the email address associated with your community account.
  4. Use the link that is sent to your email from the community to create a new password.
    • Make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder for this notification. 
    • Make sure to use at least seven characters, one uppercase, one lowercase, and one number.  If your new password meets these requirements but you receive an error message, try clearing your cache and walking through the password reset option again.  

 

If you continue to experience difficulties resetting your password,please submit a request in our Customer Support Operations Request Form.
