Naviance for Elementary:
4. The first time you log in, complete your profile by picking a username.
You can continue to access the current Help Center by using the Browse Product Help Articles link in the Naviance help menu.
Once you access PowerSchool Community through Naviance or Naviance for Elementary, you will automatically be directed to the product page where you can access all of your resources, including a forum, knowledge base, chat, case portal, ideas portal, and more.
Once you are logged into the community, you can always navigate to this page by going to Product Support in the top menu and selecting your product.
The Ideas Portal is where you can share your product enhancement requests. Easily access this page by navigating to Contact Support > PowerSchool Ideas Portal.
You can add a new idea, vote, or comment on others’ ideas. Learn more about how to submit an enhancement request through our Ideas Portal.

You can start a search from anywhere in our Community. When you enter a term in the search bar, you'll see results populate from across our Community.

Simply navigate to any Forum, Blog, Knowledge Base, and wherever you see the Options menu, click it to select Subscribe.

You can find upcoming events such as webinars, office hours, and ask the experts for your products.
Visit our Events Hub
Share your Ideas
Submit enhancement and feature requests for all PowerSchool solutions in the Ideas Portal. In addition to submitting new ideas, you can also comment and vote on others’ enhancements.

Launch Chat Support
You can connect with a live support agent for immediate assistance by using our Launch Chat Support form in the Contact Support menu.
Create and Manage Support Cases
You can create a new case and view your open and resolved cases through the Case Portal in PowerSchool Community.
