Technical Contacts can be managed in the Manage Technical Contacts feature in Customer Connect.

Go To Manage Technical Contacts
+ I cannot log into the PowerSchool Community
+ My email is already in use for a PowerSchool Community account
+ I don't see my product in the PowerSchool Community
+ I am receiving an error message that I cannot view a Community resource
If you see a message that you don’t have access review our Community Access article
+ I'm not receiving emails from the PowerSchool Community
If you haven’t created a PowerSchool Community account, please do so first. Then check all your email folders including spam, junk, and quarantined folders for messages from community@powerschool.com.
+ Username already taken for the PowerSchool Community
Try a different username or use one of the suggested options. Usernames must be unique.
+ PowerSchool Community password requirements
Passwords must be at least 7 characters and include 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number. Make sure your new password meets these criteria when resetting your password.
+ I can't use my email as my PowerSchool Community username
Usernames can include letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores. Do not use your email address, since it appears publicly in forums. Choosing a unique username helps keep your contact information secure.
