Step by Step Guide:
- Click Sign In on the top right-hand side of the page.
- Select Forgot Username or Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your community account.
- Use the link that is sent to your email from the community to create a new password.
- Make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder for this notification.
- Make sure to use at least seven characters, one uppercase, one lowercase, and one number. If your new password meets these requirements but you receive an error message, try clearing your cache and walking through the password reset option again.
If you continue to experience difficulties resetting your password,please submit a request in our Customer Support Operations Request Form.

Hi, I submitted a case yesterday, and needed to get back into today to answer Doreen, one of your techs, and it says I don't have access to do that any longer. When I was speaking with the chat person yesterday, Chris Audenried in your support department, he had changed my email from hmderise@jefftech.us to hmderise@jefftech.edu and I think that changed my access. Please tell me you can help me. I am with the school Jefferson County DuBois AVTS. Thank you

I am confused.... I have created a login this platform and tried to assess the training but when it brings me to the PowerSchool login, it gives me an error message. Clearly there are two separate logins, I am not aware of.
