I have my periods in the order I want them under School/Scheduling/Periods
But under a student under search available classes/period the periods are not in the correct order
How and where do I fix this?

We recommend navigating to School Management > Scheduling > Schedule Preferences. Once there, you need to check the Class Day and Period Precedence setting to see if that helps.
If the issue still persists then this might be an issue with internalID of the periods. For further assistance, please reach out to the Technical Contact of your district.
