GPA Percent with Added Value Formula

I am trying to set up the GPA Calculations for a Numeric Scale with added value for it to be the Weighted GPA.

For example - students receive 97, 94, 100, 95 but some of these classes are AP classes and have added value. What would the formula for this be for their weighted GPA?
