How to Start A Search
You can start a search from anywhere in our Community.
From the home page, your default will be to search All community.
On other pages, your default will be This category, Knowledge base, Board, etc. to help you find the most relevant content.
You can adjust your search parameters by clicking in the box to the left of the search bar and selecting where you want to search.
Once you enter a search term, you'll see results based on keywords. The results in the Search bar should display the article’s full title and location along with more detailsonthe article.
From time to time we add recommended articles to search results to highlight key resources that you may find the most helpful. You will see these with the word recommended to help narrow down your results.
If you would like to narrow down this search a bit more, just leave the search bar blank and clickEnter.
This will take you to our advanced search pagewhere you can narrow down your results byLocation, Author, Date, Metadata, Type of Post, and what the postContains.
From here you can still search the full Community or decide how you would like to narrow down your search.
