PowerSchool Community Username, Email, and Name Change

In PowerSchool Community > My Profile > Edit My Profile, there is an option to change Username, Email, and Name. How will that impact access to the PowerSchool Community? How will that impact access to cases that are currently open or prior closed cases? Will that update the name and email on the Technical Contact list in Customer Connect? Will that impact access to PowerSource? Please advise.

I have the same question and just submitted a ticket to find out.  I was the admin at a charter school, and have now moved to another charter school.  With my prior school login, I have access to PowerSchool SIS Admin Forum, but with my new school's login, I don't.  I cannot figure out why that is, considering I am the technical contact at my new school.
