Unable to Locate Record with Matching ID

Please help! I only have one day to register my son as a returning student to enroll in summer school this year. When I log into Powerschool and click on the returning students 2022-2023 school year tab I get an error: Unable to locate a roster record in PowerSchool Enrollment with a matching student ID (******).

The PowerSchool Community is a great resource if you have any changes to be made while completing fields within the enrollment form. Each district, however, has a different registration process and can provide the best steps to move forward when enrolling students.


I suggest you reach out to the district directly to report this issue because the student records are managed at their end and they would surely assist you to proceed with the registration.
