Schoology - Private Access Only

Hello. I am receiving an error when trying to open any of the apps. My daughter's instructor says that everything looks good on her end. Can you please help?

We have seen reports of this issue and the reasons vary from case to case depending on the setup. We recommend reaching out to your school district and they should be able to create a case on your behalf with Schoology Support so that we can find the root cause of the issue.
