I'm a newer systems administrator on powerschool SIS I have the same role of sys admin within powerschool but am unable to edit Guardian and Student Account Access. Everything looks to be the same between the other sys admins that are able to edit these fields.
You have to compare the security access setting between the accounts. Go to your staff page and check to make sure you have all the necessary access roles assigned to your account.
If you were assigned a Role that is linked to a security group, but you aren't in that security group it may cause the issue...or vice versa if you are in a security group that isn't tied to a specific role.
