Next School Indicator

Hello,

Is there a way to set the system up so the 'Next School Indicator' is set according to catchment addresses?  Or is manual the only option?  Currently it defaults to the homeschool in the area for each child but if the child is out of catchment area, they are not flagged by the system, it is done by the office.  Thank you

Hello,

Unfortunatly that field does not automaticly change based on the students address and you are correct the next school indicator is set for the student's current homeschool. Before the end of the year, I send a list with the students and what the next school shows to the Admin. After corrections are made then I mass change the next school using Change Student Field Values.
