Hello, currently my position is at Rich Township District 227 located in Illinois as their Student Information System Specialist/Data Analyst going into my second year. My roles include managing PowerSchool, maintain security, create/ manage student registration forms, manage the users and schools, clean up and submit all the state reports that pertain to the SIS, train all staff excluding teachers within our district on how to navigate within PowerSchool, manage applications that work with PowerSchool, and work with our Director of Master Schedule & Data to create the Master Schedule. Previously I had the opportunity to work with Michigan City Area Schools located in Indiana as their PowerSchool Administrator for a little over a year. Before becoming an SIS/PowerSchool Administrator I was an Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Principal of Building Control at Thornton Township District 215. District 215 used PowerSchool as well and working in that position helped me learn the user side of PowerSchool. There are always new and exciting things to learn in PowerSchool and with PowerSchool products.
