I am trying to apply for a job, but am receiving a "network error" message. How can this be fixed?

Here are a few things to try if you receive a network error message:
- If you are uploading attachments and receiving the error please be sure to check the file name for spaces as the system will not accept spaces in the name.
- Clear your cache- please see here for instructions
- Test a different browser (examples include Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
- Check your internet connection to make sure it is connected and working properly
- Try connecting to a different network- for example, if you are using a PC, try switching to your cell phone and using your phone's network
