- Quick Links on Community Home Page: The Ideas Portal quick link has been added to the PowerSchool Community and PeopleAdmin Community home pages to help highlight this feature.
- Group Hubs: We recently launched Group Hubs in our Community. We have enhanced the experience to provide an area under My Profile to easily access the groups users have joined. What are Group Hubs?
- Rebranding GeoVisual Enrollment Analytics to Predictive Enrollment Analytics: GeoVisual Enrollment Analytics has now been rebranded to Predictive Enrollment Analytics across our community and case portal.
- Performance Matters Advanced Reporting Chat: There is now a chat option for Performance Matters Advanced Reporting for Technical Contacts.
- Communication + Attend (KiNVO) Migration: Communication customers can now access the Community directly through the products. All articles have been migrated to the Community. Getting Started in the Community for Communication Customers
Fixes
- Mobile Menu: The hamburger menu on mobile devices was not working for all users. We fixed this issue.
- We are aware the hamburger menu does not work when the screen is resized. We are working on a resolution.
- Partner Case Portal: The Case Portal manage cases view was not working for our ISV partners. We fixed this so that they are able to see their cases.
- Attachments on Case Comments: The issue where an error message if attachments on an individual case comment were close to 100MB has been fixed.
