Password reset not working

Hello. I have attempted to login in several times. It says that they are not valid. Then I try to reset my password and it says my security word is incorrect. It is the same one I always use. Please advise. Thank you.

If you are getting the invalid username/password error, please refer to this article: Invalid-Username-or-Password-quot-Error-at-Sign-In to troubleshoot further.

If you still face further issues, I would recommend submitting a support ticket and our PowerSchool support should be able to send you a reset password recovery link. You can click on this link to contact them.
