elementary school registration

I am asked to enter a middle name that my son does not have and cannot submit it.
I'm filling the checkbox if I don't have a middle name.

Even if I started another registration or deleted the cookie, the same problem occurred and I could not submit it.

When I was my older son who registered a few weeks ago, I was able to submit it without any problems.
Is there any solution?

Hi @Saito

This issue usually occurs if the field on the form has not been updated correctly. I suggest you report this error to the district directly because they would be able to review and update the field and assist you to proceed with the registration.
