Unable to register student

Hello.  When I try to register our son for next school year, I get the message below.  Can anyone help me?

Unable to Start Form

We are sorry, but you are unable to start this form. It appears that this Returning Student Registration is associated with a student to which your account does not have access.

I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment administrators in your school district, who should be able to assist you further on this.
