After registering, I do not receive a confirmation email

I have created an account for https://orionacademy.powerschool.com/

No confirmation email was sent to my gmail account.  I have checked my spam folder but it is not there.

When I attempt to log into powerschool.com it states I must confirm my email address first.  I request another confirmation email be sent.  But no email arrives in my inbox.
