Returning student

Hi,
I’m trying to do the online registration for my son. He’s going to start kindergarten but it’s showing PreK. Is there a way to correct that or would I have to contact his school?

Hi! @drivera19,

 

If you are unable to edit the grade information on a form, this indicates that the field has been set to Read-Only and was pre-populated from your school district's database.  I would suggest contacting your school district to request assistance with changing the incorrect grade.
