Where Can I Find My District Code?

Answer

The District Code can be found by signing in to your school district’s Web Portal.

When you Sign-In, the District Code should be visible in the Black Box located in the lower left-hand corner.

You can also use the App to determine the District Code by following the below steps:

1. There are 3 options under Let's find your district code.
       a. Search by school or district.
       b.Enter Server Address.
       c. Find on website.
2. Click on Enter Server Address and type your District’s URL into the third box
3. Tap Submit

Are you having issues with the Mobile app for accessing your childs grades, etc or are you having an issue with linking an old and new account in a job application program?

If your child is attending a new school district, you will have a new code.

If you are having difficulties with linking accounts for a job application or other job application program, we have a few Knowledgebase articles to assist you depending on which program you are using.

Difficult to navigate, I am new and have a hard time loggin in the mobile app, asks for School district but only gives one option, Great Hearts San Antonio has 2 locations, do they have the same District Code?
