When trying to re-register my child- the link processes and then says :
"Unable to Locate Record with Matching ID
Unable to locate a roster record in PowerSchool Enrollment with a matching student ID (109584)."
That is the correct ID number (its referenced elsewhere in her record)- any idea on solutions? Thanks in advance!
If you are receiving the error message "Unable to Locate Record with Matching ID" while registering your child, the reason could be that there has been a mistake in the form where the Student ID has not been linked properly within the school and PowerSchool's portal.
I recommend reaching out to your child's school district where the admin should be in a better position to assist you with this issue.
