Address out of school district

Hello, I am trying to enroll my son for Kindergarten and getting the message that "Address is out of district. If you entered the address correctly, then your address is located in another school district. Please register for school with the appropriate school district.". Address is validated and we know which school our son needs to go to. What do I need to do to remove this message and be able to proceed with enrollment? Please help.
