How to check your Interview Status

Summary

If you applied to the position directly through your profile and were not directed outside of the site to a 3rd party you will see your submitted applications under 'My Jobs' on the left side of your account. Click 'My Jobs' and select 'Submitted Applications'. This will pull up a page that list all of the submitted applications and their status.
If you have received an Interview or Job Offer request you will see it in the 'Actions' section

Click on 'Interview' to open the interview and ensure you have set up a time for the interview or approve the time given by the district.

Depending on the district that you have applied for you will either see a 'Round' to select from or a page to schedule and interview (if given the option to choose your time).

If you show a 'Round' click on it to see the details pertaining to your interview. If the district is asking you to select a date and time you will do so by clicking 'Select

If after clicking 'Interview' you get taken straight to page with your interview information be sure to 'Select Time' to schedule the interview or 'Decline' if you so wish to. After selecting your time from the 'Available Interview Times' dropdown click 'Confirm'.

  • Be very sure of the time you are selecting as you will need to reach out to the district to correct it if needed.
  • If no times appear in the dropdown for 'Available Interview Times' please reach out to the district.

It is important to remember that not all schools schedule their interviews through SchoolSpring. Each school district may have their own processes and contact you in different way, in those instances it may be best to reach out to the schools HR department.
