Opening a Custom Report

After you have downloaded your report, depending on the size and configuration of your report, you may either have a ZIP archive containing all of your report files, or a CSV (Comma-Separated Vales), or XLSX (Excel) file.

ZIP

A ZIP archive is a compressed file that contains all of the files generated by your report. To access your files...

...on Windows

You have two options with Windows, you can either double-click on the ZIP archive and Windows will open a window displaying all of your report files. You can double-click a file to open it as normal. You can also right-click the ZIP archive and select Extract all to move the report files out of the ZIP onto a folder on your workstation.

...on Mac OS

Using Mac OS, you just need to double-click on the ZIP archive that you downloaded. Mac OS will automatically extract the files to the same location where you saved the ZIP archive. You can then use the reporting files as normal.

...on Mobile (Android or iOS)

You can open a ZIP archive on your Android or iOS device by opening your Files app and tapping the ZIP archive that was downloaded. The app will extract the report files that you can open as normal.

CSV & XLSX

These files can be opened just by double-clicking them. CSV (Comma-Separated Values) and XLSX (Excel) are files that will be opened by Excel by default (or Numbers on Mac OS if you don't have Office installed). They can also be uploaded to Google Drive to be opened by Google Sheets.
