Urgent help with school access

We need help to access school system. Our school is in Puerto Rico and nobody can't help us. This situation has a ticket of service # 20240126270 .

Please we are grateful that they remove the blocks on our school account. We must work with progress reports and credit transcripst and we do not have sufficient privileges.
