District code

I need to make an account for parent portal. It's asking for the District code. She will be going to Michaelle Jean in Binbrook.

It sounds like you are trying to create/log into the PowerSchool Mobile App which prompts you for a district code.  I would recommend you contact the school directly because it looks like create an account feature is currently turned off on the Parent Portal.  (If this is the one in Ontario Canada!).
