Technical Contacts

As a Technical Contact, you should have access to resources and Support for the products you are designated to support. To verify you have the correct access:

  • Account Setup: Confirm that you created your community account using your staff email address.
  • Product Access: If you do not see the necessary resources or product options when connecting with Support, check your designated products in the Customer Connect portal.
  • Adding Access: If you find that you are not assigned to the product as a Technical Contact, another designated Technical Contact can add you through the Customer Connect portal.

If you need further assistance, please reach out to the PowerSchool team by filling out the Customer Support Operations Request Form.
