How do I reset my password?
Students should contact their school to reset their password.
Parents can reset their password through the website as long as the district has enabled this feature.

If you are trying to log in to your parent portal account, you would need to enter your Access ID and Password that is sent by the district. If you are logging into the mobile app you will need the District code.
If your code has expired, you would need to reach out to the district directly and request them to resend it.
I haven’t gotten any information about signing in with a school ID or Passcode for Schology? Also, are the kids using last years sign in?
If you don’t already have an account on Schoology, you would need to sign up using a Parent Access Code provided by your child's instructor. Once you have the access code, you can download the Schoology app from Google Play or the Amazon App Store and follow the steps mentioned in these documents: Android-mobile-app-parents or iOS-mobile-app-parents. If you do not have the Parent access code you would need to reach out to the district directly to obtain it.

I am not getting an e-mail to reset my password. how do I find out what e-mail is linked to my account?

If you are not receiving the password reset email for the Parent Portal then you will have to reach out to your school district since they will have access to reset your password as the PowerSchool Mobile App logins are managed by the school districts.
If you are not able to reset your password for the InfoSnap/Enrollment Portal then you can create a support case with our support team and they can help you in resetting your password. You can create a chat or support case with them by clicking here.

I need help login into my account.
My screen is saying when I log in to my old account that The username or Password doesn't match my school records and then it says please try again or contact your school for more help so then what do I do now

If you're still experiencing this issue, we kindly suggest reaching out to your school directly. They should be able to assist you, as username and password management is handled by the school districts.
Parents will also need their username to log in. If they have forgotten their username, they can retreive it by using the same link, and clicking Forgot Username?
Powerschool will send an email with the username.
