Students should contact their school to reset their password.


Parents can reset their password through the website as long as the district has enabled this feature.


If you encounter any difficulties with the following instructions, please reach out to your school or district for further assistance.


To reset passwords from your school’s web portal:

  1. Click the link Forgot Username or Password
  2. Enter the username and email address for your account, then click Enter
  3. You should receive the email as an email from your school. If you aren’t seeing the email, check your Junk or Spam folder
  4. Click on the password reset link in the email you receive.
  5. Enter a new password
  6. Log in to the website to verify the password has been successfully reset and is working
  7. Log in to the app

I'm trying g to reset but my token has expired

To reset ur password if u know ur old password type it then create a new password then done just confirm it and its ready to go hope it helps

If you are trying to log in to your parent portal account, you would need to enter your Access ID and Password that is sent by the district. If you are logging into the mobile app you will need the District code


If your code has expired, you would need to reach out to the district directly and request them to resend it.

I haven’t gotten any information about signing in with a school ID or Passcode for Schology? Also, are the kids using last years sign in?

If you don’t already have an account on Schoology, you would need to sign up using a Parent Access Code provided by your child's instructor. Once you have the access code, you can download the Schoology app from Google Play or the Amazon App Store and follow the steps mentioned in these documents: Android-mobile-app-parents or iOS-mobile-app-parents. If you do not have the Parent access code you would need to reach out to the district directly to obtain it.

I am not getting an e-mail to reset my password. how do I find out what e-mail is linked to my account?

If you are not receiving the password reset email for the Parent Portal then you will have to reach out to your school district since they will have access to reset your password as the PowerSchool Mobile App logins are managed by the school districts.


If you are not able to reset your password for the InfoSnap/Enrollment Portal then you can create a support case with our support team and they can help you in resetting your password. You can create a chat or support case with them by clicking here
