I am unable to verify returning student verification through parent portal.When I click the link it shows ' 

Unable to Locate Record with Matching ID

Unable to locate a roster record in PowerSchool Enrollment with a matching student ID (300060101).

What can I do?

Thank you for posting in the Community. We understand your concern and are sorry to hear that you are facing an inconvenience. 

If you are getting this error then one reason could be that there has been a mistake in the form where the Student ID has not been linked properly within the school and PowerSchool's portal. I recommend reaching out to the enrollment section of your school district as they will be able to look into this link for you since each district has their own enrollment process.
