For families that have custody arrangements and multiple parent accounts for the same children, document delivery email addresses are being tampered with by one of the parents involved. Once an email has been submitted through registration, one of the parents should not be able to delete another parents email for document delivery without the school authorizing it through means of verification with the legal guardians. If the custodial/legal parent has added an email contact through registration/returning student registration/powerschool portal then someone else should not be able to remove that contact information to maliciously interfere with document delivery.
