registration error

 While registering my children i am getting an error that states unable to locate record with matching id. Thank you for your help.

I am sorry to hear that you are receiving an error with enrollment online.

The error you are receiving could be that there has been a mistake in the form where the Student ID has not been linked properly within the school and PowerSchool's portal.  I recommend reaching out to your child's school as they should be in a better position to assist you with this issue.
