I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district and they should be able to assist you further with your login issue to HAC.

I am sorry to hear that you can not log into your HAC account.
I recommend reaching out to your child's school for assistance as they will be able to reset your password or email.
You can use our PowerSchool assistant located on this page to assist you with troubleshooting if your school is not available. When prompted to select a topic, type in HAC.
