When logged in to HAC, under the "Update Enrollment" tab, I click start and it brings up a new window that says "Error An error occurred while processing your request."
This is occurring for both of the kids I need to register. I've cleared my cookies and have used both Chrome and Microsoft Edge. I've tried to update enrollment multiple times over a two day period and have not been successful in getting past the error message.
Any recommendations?
Disregard. I was finally able to get it completed and no longer need assistance.
