Not getting new account email verification

I signed up for a powerschool account, however, I am not getting the verification email. I know the email is entered correctly because when I go to try to setup the account again, it says the email is already is use.

Yes! It was on the school’s end. They were having issues with their outgoing mail server.

Have you gotten a resolution to this problem? I am having the same problem. I got the verification to signup for this "PowerSchool Community" site, but not the one for my kids school. It has said multiple times that an email has been sent, but I have never received an email. I have monitored my junk mail, etc. but nothing is there.
