I can see that for family tab it is showing red but i do not see any issue there

You would need to click on 'Family' on that screen, the form should redirect you to the field on the Family page which is probably required on the form but not filled out.
I tried multiple options but it is not telling me where exactly is the issue
Yes, I am also facing similar issue. I called the help line, they said it was a system glitch, will be fixed in 1 or 2 days.
