Hi, Unable to submit the form due to this error. Trying to fill the parent information but it is asking middle name as required field but I doesn't have middle name.

Thank you for reaching out for assistance. 

We suggest the below options for the issue with the required middle name:

• put a middle name in and submit it to the school then call the school to let them know so they can update the information and review the form to see if edits should be made to required fields.
• call the school and ask the school how they would like them to proceed.
