In-District Transfer options is "currently unavailable"

In-District Transfer options is "currently unavailable"

I'm trying to submit an application for an In-District Transfer through the AAPS system and I am unable to submit the form (2/28/22) because the fourth drop-down menu selection for the In-District Transfer alerts me that this option is "currently unavailable" even though it is advertised as available in the website's main page for this form.

The situation was resolved once I called one of the local schools that same morning.
