I couldn’t access to my child application.

I couldn’t access to my child application.

I already submitted the application but when i logged in application.powderschool.com, it said my email was invalid. How could that happen? How can I find the submitted application? Thank you

Hi @NhuChen92

 

If you log in to your enrollment account and cannot access your form, I would suggest clearing your browsing history, cache, and cookies, then attempting to access your account again.  You can also try switching to a different web browser or device, and ensure that your internet connection is working properly. 

 

You can also access your forms through the parent portal by following the steps mentioned in this article: Accessing the Form using PowerSchool Parent Portal. If you are still unable to find the submitted form, please reach out to your school district directly to check if it is submitted.
