Forgot password

trying to register my kids for school - attempting to click on "forgot password" - does not work. How can I reset password?

Hi @AllisonZ50, 

 

You should be able to use the “Forgot Password?” tool on the sign-in web portal to receive a temporary password for your account.  I have attached an article here that should guide you through the steps to recover your password.
