I forgot my password but when I push the link for forgot password it does not do anything.

After clicking on the “Forgot password” link, you should have two options for recovering your password.

• Temporary Password: Follow the step by step instructions to get a temporary password link sent to your email (If you are using a phone number to log in, use the click here link on the page for instructions specific to cell phone accounts.)
• Answer your security questions.

If you aren’t seeing any message on the screen and the page just keeps reloading when you enter your login information you may be having a web browser issue.  I recommend reviewing the article on how to Clear Browser History, Cache, and Cookies.
