I forgot my password but when I push the link for forgot password it does not do anything.

After clicking on the “Forgot password” link, you should have two options for recovering your password.
If you aren’t seeing any message on the screen and the page just keeps reloading when you enter your login information you may be having a web browser issue. I recommend reviewing the article on how to Clear Browser History, Cache, and Cookies.
