I have a parent that is locked out of enrollment registration, because she put the password in wrong several times. Her message said to seek help from admin. Will you please help with this?

To troubleshoot this further we will have to look into the parent's account and will require access to your site. To protect your data privacy I recommend working with the Designated Support Contacts in your school district who should be able to reach out to the PowerSchool SIS Support team.
