Date of Birth Does not Match

Any ideas I can solve this problem. I guess the secretary entered a different date birth, which makes it difficult to verify.

If you are attempting to access a form and receive the error “Date of birth does not match”, this means that the date of birth you have entered does not match what your school district has on file for the snapcode that you entered.  I recommend reviewing the article on Date of Birth does not match that should guide you with the troubleshooting steps.
