Troubleshoot: No Snapcode

Issue

Snapcode are student-specific identifying codes that add an extra layer of security to your student’s information. Each Snapcode is 15 characters in length, with the structure 5 letters, 5 numbers, then 5 letters again. If your form is asking you for a Snapcode, you will need to enter this Snapcode before you will have access to your form.

If you have not received your Snapcode or are not able to access it, we would recommend that you contact your school district’s Enrollment section directly to receive your Snapcode. However, there are a few steps you can take before contacting your school.

Solution

  1. Double-check that the link you were provided is for the school year you’re attempting to register for.
  2. Check your spam/junk and deleted folders for any emails containing your Snapcode.

Still Not Working?

If these steps do not help you access the form, contact your school district’s Enrollment section for further assistance.
