why i cant log in account for washoe school district

Good day. Please help me on log in for washoe school distrtict even I already reset the password I cannot log in it will says does not match or have existing user.

@erlyncraste There is something called a "soft lockout" that PS may engage. There is no visual indication of this and there is no way to clear it from the Admin side. It will clear on it's own after about 5-20 minutes provided you don't keep trying to log in.
