I have several students at individual schools that show 504 on their page when you look them up:
and I have some who have a 504, but it is not showing beside their name on their page when you look them up, but they do have a 504:
Where do I go in PowerSchool to where the 504 will show up beside their Student Number: Grade: and then
I cannot find where I need to go so I can show this for every 504 student?
That sounds like a custom alert that needs to be manually maintained. Ask your PS Admin.
