Schoology help

I had an account with Schoology for a school that has since deactivated their account.  My student is now going to a different school that uses Schoology, but I cannot get connected because my email account is still attached to the old school.  I can't even log on to my old account to try and delete it.  I get this message...

 

" The account you are trying to access is in a deactivated school. Contact your Schoology admin for help."

 

Please help!!

Having the same issue with parent accounts.  We no longer use Schoology (and haven't since 2020) and students who have since left our school cannot get into their account and cannot set up new ones due to the emails already being used.  I've deactivated their PS accounts but it didn't solve the problem.  What do we do?
