PowerScheduler Error

I am using PowerScheduler on the server side and I am getting the following error. I have never seen this error before can anyone help?
Error: not enough distinct templates exist for this teacher

Never seen that error in working with over 70 districts for over 7 years. And I haven't heard a single good thing about the new Build engine. Try the old one.
